1. Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free standard shipping worldwide for all orders with a total value of 200 USD or more (after discounts, excluding taxes and customs duties). For orders below 200 USD, a shipping fee will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout, based on your delivery location and the weight/size of the package.
2. Order Processing Time
2.1 Standard (Non-Custom) Products
- Standard leather products are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Processing time may be extended to 7-10 business days during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to inventory shortages. We will notify you via email if there is any delay in processing your order.
2.2 Custom-Made Products
- Custom leather goods require additional time for design confirmation, material preparation, and handcrafting. The standard processing time for custom orders is 14-21 business days from the date you approve the final design and specifications.
- We will send you a design sketch and material sample (if requested) within 2 business days of receiving your custom order. Processing will begin only after we receive your written approval of the design.
- You will receive an email notification once your custom product is dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable international shipping carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, China Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

- If you refuse to pay customs duties/taxes and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and any refund issued will deduct the original shipping fee (even for orders that qualified for free shipping) and return shipping costs.

- We will send you email notifications at key stages: order confirmation, design approval request (for custom orders), dispatch confirmation with tracking details, and delivery confirmation (where available).
7. Missing or Damaged Shipments
- Missing orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and assist in locating your package.
- Damaged or defective products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the damaged package and product, and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
8. Changes to Shipping Details
- If you need to change the shipping address or contact information after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify shipping details if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address.
